Europe and America
Victor Davis Hanson has a great piece on Europe and the war on terrorism in today's National Review Online. It's an interesting analysis of what issues there are between the United States and it's European allies.

Arizona
I arrived after major problems with the airline in Tempe, AZ yesterday. My plane was scheduled to be here at noon AZ time, but after a great deal of trouble with mechanical issues and two different planes we finally took off and arrived here around 3:30pm. I was greated by the beautiful Teresa as I walked out of the terminal and she was simply bouncing with joy to see me.
Had a relatively relaxed night here last night falling asleep around 1am after spending time talking to her parents for the first time and trying to watch a movie. But 24 hours of being awake, I simply needed the rest.
I'm looking forward to the rest of the week and this weekend here. The weather isn't as hot as I thought it would be, though far worse then what it is at home. I'm looking forward to the drive home even more. A three day trek across the country with Teresa will be a lot of fun, though probably very tiring as well.
Time to go and get on with the day.

Economically Illiterate
Thomas Sowell has a new piece on how the people that labor against supposed sweatshops do nothing but hurt the people they desire to help.
I'll be posting more often, with a small break for a trip to Phoenix.
