First day of classes over
Well, I’m back at Speed School finishing my MEng degree now. For the first time in over a year I took a computer engineering course. Fortunately for me, it looks like this course as promise and that my year spent at law school might actually be somewhat beneficial to the course, Computer Forensics.
I’ve taken courses and worked jobs that required knowledge in computer security. However, this is a slightly new direction for me. I’ve developed some basic skills in this area, but nothing that wouldn’t cause damage to some portion of the data that would result in it not being usable in any sense other than my own private knowledge.
On a side note, I’m still having problems with my connection at home. I’m to the point that I’m just going to cancel my cable modem and switch to DSL. I never had these problems with DSL and I’ve had nothing but problems with the cable company. I’ve taken to using a program called Zempt for writing posts for my blogs. That way I can write my entries and post them when I get a connection. Like I’m doing with this entry.
